Who We Are

The Calgary Workers' Resource Centre (CWRC) is a small team of workers' advocates based in Calgary, Alberta (Canada). We help Calgarians understand and access  the rights and benefits they are entitled to as workers under a variety of employment-related legislations in Alberta, and we also engage in dialogue with governments and other stakeholders in an attempt to promote policies and legislation that will improve the working conditions of workers in Alberta and beyond. The CWRC is a not-for-profit society under the Societies Act of Alberta, as well as a registered charity under Canada's Income Tax Act (CRA #85726 9708 RR0001).
